1. Consultation & Project Discussion

We provide complete project discussions and consultations before starting any website development or digital service. Clients are encouraged to review all requirements and pricing details carefully before making payment.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and custom website development, payments made for our services are generally non-refundable once the project has been initiated or work has commenced.

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of AS Web Technology 23.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.

4. Non-Transferable Services

Purchased services, project fees, and development packages are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual or business entity.

5. Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has started, any amount already paid may not be eligible for a refund. Charges for completed work and resources utilized will be applicable.
